Process Serving
Wheels of Justice offers a dedicated Process Serving department which handles incoming client requests with the utmost priority and precision. Process servers in the field communicate frequently with the process manager on attempts and status and keep clients informed by entering their status and attempts available to view online 24/7 via a service portal, so the line of communication is always open and clear.
Once documents have been served:
- Every requested client contact will be notified via email
- Proof of Service is generated and uploaded to the Client Service Portal
WOJ engages bonded, registered, and experienced process servers that specialize in last minute high difficulty assignments.
Skip Tracing
WOJ offers skip trace services for hard to locate or evasive subjects. We utilize the most current databases and cutting-edge software to accurately and promptly locate the subject. WOJ uses several commercial solutions to flag recent activity that will indicate present location, including social media.
WOJ offers a personalized experience featuring in-house Skip Trace Investigators with high availability to assist with:
